Belgian triathlon wetsuit and apparel brand launches in the UK
[St Albans, UK]: Today, Aloha Tri announce the availability of Peaks Sportswear in the UK. Developed in Belgium over the past 3 years by Blue Globe Sports, Peaks Sportswear UK is a high performance wetsuit and triathlon apparel brand, which has been tried, tested and endorsed by professional triathletes in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Following an onsite launch at Long Course Weekend in Wales on June 30-July 2, all products are now available online at https://www.peakssportswear.uk/ and in the near future also via selected stockists across Wales and England.
“We are committed to helping athletes maximise their performance every day, not only via the high performance coaching we are known for, but now also with the highest quality products,” says Rav Dighe, managing director at Aloha Tri. “What attracted us to Peaks Sportswear are that these wetsuits, clothing and accessories are made from the best fabrics and material available, produced by carefully selected manufacturers. We are proud to represent Peaks Sportswear in the UK.”
The Peaks Azul wetsuit is a case in point. While testing, Belgian pro triathletes have experienced massive gains in swimming speed with this wetsuit. This wetsuit has an energy saving of 12% to even 25% compared to other top suits of other top brands. We see gains from 2-3 seconds/100m for top swimmers every time and these gains even reach 13s/100m for standard swimmers.
“Peaks triathlon wetsuits, swim accessories and sportswear go a long way before they end up on our shelves. We have everything extensively tested by elite athletes and our brand ambassadors. Thorough evaluation and testing is key to ensuring optimal quality in all our products. We want athletes to be faster and more comfortable in your training, transitions and your races.,” says Koen de Volder, Owner of Blue Globe Sports in Belgium and Founder of Peaks Sportswear. “We have partnered with Aloha Tri, as we share the same values and goals, and their lifetime dedication to triathlon.”
